Philip has been an estate agent since completing his degree at Loughborough, in Economics & Politics, in 1992.
Having worked for both large corporate companies and a smaller independent estate agent in London and the South East, he decided in 2008, to open his own estate agency business alongside his wife, Faye, in Lenham, Kent.
He believes prioritising the needs of every customer leads to the successful sale and letting of property and Philip’s main objective is to ensure his customers move home as smoothly and as efficiently as possible.
Philip remains ‘hands on’ within the company every day overseeing the day to day operations. He works closely with his management team to develop the company further and now employs an expanding team of staff who take care of selling, letting, administration and managing property.
In his spare time Philip likes to keep fit, walk his two dogs and spend time with his family who he lives with in the neighbouring village of Charing.
