So, you can be rest assured, the team are up to date with the information and guidance they give you. This ensures your new home and tenancy complies with the latest legislation for your protection.
   
   
2. Importantly, your rent and deposit money are protected under the Client Money Protection Scheme and Deposit Protection Service. Every year our client account is independently audited so every single penny of your money is accounted for properly.

You will be looked after well by our in-house property management team.

• All our properties are extremely well maintained and our tenants’ well-being is very important to us.
• Our vastly experienced property management team can be found at our centrally located office in Lenham and are on hand to assist and rectify any property maintenance issues or concerns you may have, as quickly and as efficiently as possible.

We have an out of hours service.
